However, one only has to delve into its pages to understand (something that the semi-efficient Christian herd is incapable of doing) that this book is just the product of the delusions, wishes and hopes of some poor illiterate people of the Bronze Age, with more fear than shame and no “divine” inspiration.
Because starting with its first chapter, the one in which a papier-mâché Universe and a flat Earth are created (which delights stupid flat earthers), with a Garden of Eden where the lions did not eat the gazelles (and I wonder, would carnivores be vegetarians?) and their talking snakes capable of deceiving Adam's rib, until that tremendous finale, in which a supposedly benevolent god tortures his "beloved" human creation to the point of genocide, everything is a capital nonsense that only under the prism of scientific anthropology has an explanation: the illiterate Jews were no different from the Australian aborigines or the Eskimos of the arctic, since all of them tried with their big brains and their null knowledge to give an explanation (the it was no matter what it was) to a nature that amazed them at the same time that it caused them a terrible fear and of which they were unaware of everything.
I am of the scientific opinion that anthropologists within a couple of millennia (if we don't destroy ourselves beforehand in a climatic-atomic apocalypse that will have nothing to do with what is ventured in the Bible) will study in astonishment how a hypertechnological civilization like the one of the 21st century could have been tied for so long to Christian stupidity. And with justice, they will catalog us little more than that Middle Ages about which we think is so far away for us.
